Records & Transcript Requests

Students who have taken a course or courses through River Oaks Academy's Learn for Mastery (LFM) program should be aware that their River Oaks Academy (ROA) courses and grades are reflected on their home high school transcript. In most cases, students will not need to request a separate transcript from River Oaks Academy when applying to colleges, as their ROA coursework should appear on their official high school transcript.

Because transcript and college application requirements may vary by institution, we recommend that students contact each college or university directly to confirm whether the ROA coursework reflected on their high school transcript is sufficient or whether a separate transcript from River Oaks Academy is required.

If a college does require a separate ROA transcript, students may request one directly from River Oaks Academy. To have a transcript sent to a college, please provide ROA with an addressed and stamped envelope for each college to which you are requesting that a transcript be sent. ROA will then mail the requested transcript directly to the college.
