Thank you for your interest in River Oaks Academy Charter School.

While enrollment for the current 2024/2025 school year is now closed, we are excited to begin planning for the 2025/2026 school year. We invite interested families to complete our Information Request Form to learn more about our programs and set up a personalized phone call with our team.  

During the call, we’ll discuss your family’s needs, share details about our program offerings, and guide you through the next steps for enrollment.

IMPORTANT

If the number of applications for admission for the 25/26 school year exceeds the number of available slots at ROA, the spaces will be filled by a public random lottery with the exception of existing students, who are guaranteed admission in the following school year. This lottery will be held at the River Oaks Academy Westlake facility. All applicants will have their name randomly drawn. Those students who have their names drawn after all the open admission slots have been filled will be placed on an admissions waiting list in the order that they were drawn.

Admission preferences in the case of a public random drawing shall be given to the following students in the following order:

1. Siblings of students admitted to or attending the Charter School

2. Children of Coaching Teachers

3. Students residing within the territorial jurisdiction of the County

4. All other applicants

The Charter School and the County agree to adhere to the requirements related to admission preferences as set forth in Education Code Section 47605.6(e)(2)(B)(i)-(iv).
